One of my largest projects during my internship was submitting research on all fifty states film commissions and their social media habits.
As the video director for Odyssey I filmed and edited weekly videos about a variety of topics with a focus in lifestyle and advice. I also managed the University of Oklahoma video team and actively recruited new members to join the team.
As the Development Assistant intern I developed marketing materials for the Pavilion's educational outreach program, which has an average attendance of 12,000 people per year. I also developed marketing materials to be given to the Pavilion's sponsors, whose donations fund all the educational outreach programs and performing arts events that take place. I was in charge of spearheading the organization of the Community Shares program, which includes contacting, scheduling and organizing local non-profits use of the program to participate in a Pavilion performing arts event. I assisted in event planning, organization and volunteer staffing for major symphony, opera and ballet events, which can have an attendance up to 16,000 people. I was responsible for writing pieces that were published in the quarterly newsletter that is distributed throughout the Houston Area. Lastly, I managed daily activities and assignments of other in office interns.

As a philanthropy committee member we ran all social media for a non profit organization called Hayden’s Hope. I helped to manage their social media accounts. I also sent weekly analytics reports to the founders of this organization about activity on their Facebook page and website. I also helped to generate ideas about new content that should be featured on their website and Facebook page.
